Sandra Otto

Senior Learning & Leaderhip Consultant and Trainer

Sandra is currently director and co-founder of "Inspiring Learning & Leadership" - an international collaboration network of conscious and passionate facilitators. She provides innovative business and enablement services that integrate technical and soft skills into inspiring programs. Her areas of expertise are: global leadership skills, Design Thinking, SAP software and project skills. Her experience draws from working in such diverse industries as IT (20 years SAP), Technical Gases, Automotive, Mail ordering, Financial Services, Real Estate as well as the Hospitality, Wellbeing and Art sector. She lived, learned and worked in France, Italy, Germany, South Africa, Australia and currently works from New Zealand, speaking four languages

Iona McKimmie

Iona is the Lead UI/Instructional Designer |Curriculum Designer/Writer |Education Projects Manager with over 20+ years’ experience in the VET and non-VET sectors. Iona holds qualifications in Instructional Design and Human Computer Interaction. Iona also holds qualifications in a wide range of areas including IT, Community Services, Education, Engineering, Media, and Sustainability at all levels. Iona provides clients innovative, creative and compliant learning resources for VET, Tertiary, Corporate training, Conference and Seminar Presentations via face to face, blended and online solutions.
Iona also designs, develops and facilitates professional development for many rural and remote health services in Victoria. This includes topics such as: Professional practice, Social Inclusion, Goal Directed Care Planning, Behaviour support and management, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Bullying and Harassment, Hoarding and Squalor, Montessori approaches to Dementia Care and Support and others.

Charles Blackburn

Charles has over 20 years of corporate experience gained at an executive management level. He currently continues to consult in the business arena, in areas of marketing, sales and business operations. He uses this knowledge to supplement all the courses he teaches at SC College, giving students real life examples to highlight the academic theory. Charles is dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of his students and committed to creating a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating and encouraging to students. He has a demonstrated ability to consistently individualize instruction, based on student's needs and interests and skilled in adapting to students' diverse learning styles.

Miguel Velasquez

Miguel is currently a Business Development Director for Dragon Vast, a company based in Guangzhou China with office in Sydney, advising clients in relations to Imports and exports in and out of China. Miguel before working for this import and export Company, had worked for a big Financial planning firm in North Queensland developing SOAs (Statement of Advice for clients wishing to invest for their financial future) Miguel had also worked for a Superannuation company at the start of his career . He is also a Vocational Business trainer for an established RTO in Sydney.

Mohamad Alzein

Mohamad is originally from Syria. He worked in Dubai for the last eight years as Training operation Manager which gives him valuable international experience and a vast network with people from diverse background. His role as a VET Trainer at Strathfield College has seen him deliver the fundamentals of IT Project Management, Business Administration and Business analysis to a diverse range of students many of which have pursued careers within the field. His educational resources and training programs are based on the Australian standards of RTO under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator. He likes to read a lot and travel; he has also special interest in computing. Mohamad also write small poems in both Arabic and English.

Lincoln Aleck

Lincoln is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years in project management experience working in the Insurance and regulatory sector.
During the last 15 years he managed online J2EE projects ranging from a Company’s flagship business, Life & General Insurance, Retirement solutions (Financial Systems) through to Regulatory applications. He has worked in Australia and the U.K.
During the last 2 years he has taught as a trainer at Strathfield College and at the AIPE (Australian Institute of Professional Education) qualifications like Diploma of Project Management and the Advanced Diploma of ICT Project Management. He also works for ACBI (Australian College of Business Intelligence) as a senior Project Manager managing various projects at the RTO.
