ACBI was great to deal with and very helpful. I found Tim Wells, the trainer, very knowledgeable, and he could answer every question. If I didn’t understand anything the trainer would always help me. I found the support sessions really useful. I enjoyed the safety shares during the support sessions and finding out more about other people’s experiences in health and safety. The modules were really useful, from expanding personal skills, including literature and writing constructive emails to all levels of management, to creating useful tools and developing awareness for staff around safety, the environment and workplace culture.
