Beverley is an experienced lawyer who has practised across three continents. She has served as a judge of the Essential Services Commission Appeals Tribunal, where she presided over commercial matters impacting deregulated industries, including gas, electricity, water and transport. In addition to her judicial role, she has held several board director positions.

Beverley also has decades of academic experience, including as an adjunct professor of practice. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her innovative teaching methods, receiving the Vice Chancellor Award for most innovative professor in teaching and learning practice. She regularly lectures at several European universities, sharing her extensive knowledge and insights with students and professionals alike. Her published works include bestselling books on topics such as contract management, project management, and contemporary management theories, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in her field. She has also developed leading training programs that have garnered recognition from industry leaders. Beverley has produced and delivered more than 200,000 programs globally to over 20,000 participants, showcasing her ability to drive impactful business improvement initiatives.

Beyond her experience as a lawyer and professor, Beverley has also excelled in entrepreneurship. As a tech-savvy entrepreneur, Beverley co-founded the tech company First Nations Blockchain, where she has contributed to the development of innovative solutions in the technology space.
