Trainer and Assessor

Trainer and Assessors are responsible for teaching adult students. They may train students within a TAFE or private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or train a business’s employees.

Learning and Development Specialist

Learning and Development Specialists are responsible for creating training programs that improve the skills of an organisation’s employees. They deliver training that uses a variety of adult learning methods and address important skill gaps.

Learning consultant

Learning Consultants advise companies and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) on their training programs. They may provide recommendations on a range of areas relating to course content, training delivery, trainer resources and more.
