Charles Blackburn

Charles is an experienced business facilitator who holds international experience working across multiple countries.

With over 20 years of corporate experience gained at executive management level, Charles has extensive knowledge of business operations, strategic leadership and Work Health and Safety (WHS). He has honed his skills working across companies in diverse industries, including the NRMA, Nando’s and Catch. He is also experienced in providing business consulting services focused on marketing, sales and business operations.

As someone with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of his students, Charles is dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator. He possesses a demonstrated ability to individualise training based on student’ needs, interests and diverse learning styles. His training style involves striving to create learning environments that are stimulating and encouraging.

Charles holds both undergraduate and post graduate degrees in industrial psychology, as well as a range of vocational qualifications in business, leadership, training and assessment.
