Daniel Pakzad

Daniel is a senior project manager, vocational trainer and CEO who can blend practical experience with leadership discipline to lift project performance. He has led complex programs from initiation to handover, sharpening scope, schedule and cost control while building team capability. He is skilled at turning complex project requirements, including those relating to procurement rules, risk registers and contract governance, into simple, repeatable routines that keep delivery controlled, compliant and transparent.

As an award-winning trainer across multiple RTOs for several years, Daniel specialises in the practical, assessment-ready delivery of project management courses, including the Diploma of Project Management. Daniel is experienced with developing learners in building job-ready capabilities in key project management areas including scoping, Work Breakdown Schedules, baselining, critical paths, earned values, risk logs, vendor management and contract negotiation. He is also equipped to offer hands-on training in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to help participants build their skills in industry-respected project management software.

Daniel’s industry background spans engineering, building and construction, and small business. He has led capital works from bid to handover, improving subcontractor performance through clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and effective governance, and embedding Work Health and Safety (WHS) and quality requirements without slowing delivery. Earlier experience in two prestigious engineering firms built strong foundations in analysis and stakeholder engagement.
