With a career spanning technical operations, sales, marketing, executive leadership and strategic consultancy, Garry has built a reputation as a results‑driven leader within the Australian IT and business services sectors. His professional journey began in the technical field before progressing into commercial and senior management roles, ultimately leading to multiple CEO and Managing Director appointments across national organisations. His experience extends internationally, having collaborated with businesses in the UK, USA, and Taiwan to design and implement market and service strategies.

Garry has led several IT services companies, including the expansion of a family‑owned enterprise into new Australian states while securing Federal Government supplier agreements. His leadership has consistently focused on sustainable growth, operational excellence and long‑term strategic planning. He has developed and executed comprehensive 1‑, 3‑ and 5‑year business strategies, expanded workforce capability, and strengthened revenue performance to support organisational development.

In 2000, Garry founded his own Pty Ltd company, providing executive‑level contracting services across Australia. This included leading LCR Telecom Pty Ltd, funded by a UK venture capital group, where he oversaw national sales, marketing, and service strategies, and prepared multi‑year budgets and strategic plans for board approval.

A significant part of Garry’s work has involved mentoring company directors, guiding them through market analysis, environmental scanning and the development of 2‑, 5‑ and 10‑year strategic business plans. His approach blends analytical rigor with practical leadership insight, enabling organisations to strengthen their competitive position and long‑term resilience.
During the COVID‑19 period, Garry expanded his qualifications by completing the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, followed by advanced studies in business analysis and project management through TAFE NSW. Since then, he has served as a trainer and assessor, delivering programs in project management, leadership, HR and management across Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma and Graduate Diploma levels.
