With more than two decades of senior leadership and C-suite experience, Geraint brings deep expertise in organisational leadership, change management and digital transformation. Having successfully scaled businesses and overseen all core corporate functions in a number of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) roles, Geraint is capable of translating strategy into action and equipping others to do the same. His training is grounded in real-world leadership challenges. He is capable of empowering others with practical and effective management approaches.

Geraint is skilled in designing and delivering workplace-based training that develops leaders at all levels. His training style is collaborative and engaging, encouraging participants to explore different ways of thinking while building confidence to manage complex projects, lead diverse teams and drive organisational change. By drawing on examples from industries spanning media, technology, publishing and government, Geraint ensures his training resonates with learners and connects theory with practice.

In his executive career, Geraint has implemented large-scale technology projects, managed mergers and acquisitions, and led cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

He is also actively involved in governance and community leadership, holding multiple board positions and volunteering as a chair and ethics counsellor. This breadth of experience enriches his training practice, providing participants with insights that blend technical expertise, ethical leadership and people-focused management.
